This medical vacuum bag sealer, with gas flush capability, uses a temperature control system that doesn’t need a thermocouple, which makes machine upkeep easy. The compact tabletop system is fully validatable and compliant with ISO 11607 standards. With an intuitive operator interface, the sealer can be custom calibrated with the control touchscreen to set precise sealing parameters.
Bi-active sealing applies heat from top and bottom bars; and gives better control over the seal with either one or both sealing jaws to meet the requirements of the material to be sealed. Independent seal and cool timing (Seal: 0-4 seconds; Cool: 0-5 seconds) also contribute to quality sealing.
The vacuum sealer allows real-time monitoring of all critical sealing process parameters with alarm lock-out to prevent operation when outside of tolerance of validated settings.
Options include:
• A stainless-steel support frame, allowing the operator to adjust the working height of the PVT Plus Med from 34 to 56 inches when in the horizontal position and 30 to 46 inches in the vertical position.
• A stainless-steel workshelf, supporting the product during packaging (holds up to 20 pounds in the horizontal position; 35 lbs when the sealer is 45-degrees to vertical).
• Used in conjunction with the support frame, the flat bag support accommodates heavy products — up to 30 lbs. — in a vertical orientation.
