2. New Robotic Case Packer Can Be Programmed ‘On The Fly’
RT1000 top load robotic case packer from Brenton Engineering
WestPack 2022 Booth #5346
A simple-to-use Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) allows operators with varying skill levels to quickly program the RT1000 top-load robotic case packer — on the fly — without outside help. The flexible system accommodates a range of products, from consumer/commercial goods to household chemicals and personal care items.
With a modular design, the RT1000 integrates easily with inline case erectors and sealers, as needed, depending on the level of automation required. Cables and wire are imbedded into the frame, giving the system a clean design.
Although it has a simple, proven automatic mechanical changeover, the robotic packer also offers remote connectivity and optional on-board cameras for modern outside support. Compact, the packer fits onto a single skid and into a truck for easy transport and set up.
Additionally, through interactive 3D animations, WestPack attendees can see an integrated line simulating frozen pizza packaging. The animated display will show Brenton case packers, palletizers, and other systems working together seamlessly to deliver a high level of efficiency and productivity at high speeds.
