Advanced software features support packaging line automation and optimization, boosting production efficiencies.

New features in ShopFloorConnect overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and data collection software from Wintriss Controls Group offer tracking for machine preventive maintenance (PM) and a new application program interface (API).

ShopFloorConnect software collects downtime and production efficiency data from every packaging machine, with data displayed in real time. Users can generate manufacturing reports, including detailed OEE reports in various formats.

The new ShopFloorConnect PM Tracker enables packaging managers to track important PM tasks by run-hours or machine cycles, sends alerts when a system requires PM, and keeps track of the maintenance work history for all equipment.

ShopFloorConnect 6.0 also provides a new Universal Interactive API that enables users to rapidly set up two-way data sharing with any enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) software.

Wintriss will be exhibiting these new software features at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2021 (Las Vegas Convention Center, September 27-29), Booth SU-8430.
